When we receive a valid takedown request, we will take swift action to remove or restrict access to the material in question. In accordance with the law, we may share the takedown notice, including your contact information, with the person who uploaded the content.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please include the following information:

• A description of the content that was removed and where it was located.
• Your full contact details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the court where you live, or any U.S. district court if you are outside the U.S., and your agreement to accept legal documents from the complainant.
• Your physical or digital signature.

Once we receive the counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
