REFUND POLICY

At Shutter & Soul, we strive to provide exceptional photography services that capture your most cherished moments. We understand that sometimes plans change or expectations vary, so we’ve created a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Session Cancellations:

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session once at no cost if the request is made at least 2 days in advance. Additional changes may incur a fee.

Dissatisfaction with Photos:

If you are not satisfied with the final images, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your gallery or prints. We will review your concerns and may offer one of the following options based on the situation:

Deposits for Events or Special Sessions:

Product Issues (Prints, Albums, etc.):

If a print or album arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.
